01 Used Foil Removal Brushes

The foil removal brushes are driven by servo motors. These rollers are synchronized with foil feeding rollers so as to maintain a constant tension of foil.

03 Vertical Quick Changed Foil Device

10 Horizontal Quick Changed Foil Device

The foil bracket can be easily pushed and pulled out, and the new foil rolls can be replaced easily and quickly.5 independent feed foils are controlled by a precise servo motor, and the press wheel is combined with rotation to keep the tightness of the foil to be moderate, and the jump step is accurate.In the process of Horizontal foil stamping, you can choose to rewinding the waste foil inside or outside the machine. Because there is both inside rewinding foil device and outside rewinding foil device.


11 Transmission Section

The German machine usually adopts the gear type synchronous belt drive, and the Japanese machine usually uses the main chain drive.This design adopts the advanced technology of the tooth type synchronous belt, which is synchronized with the high grade German model. Compare with chain design, performance has been greatly improved.Noise reduction is the essential function of the high end type, with the gear type synchronous belt drive, stable, safe, no noise and long life.It avoids the defects that are easy to vibrate and stretch when the chain is used.
